Welcome Email
Auto-fires from the Hub when an Onboarding form or signed proposal is uploaded. Sends from jpapkin@p1pestsolutions.com to the operations contact email. Signature is fixed and matches the CRM template.
Use {first_name} as a placeholder for the recipient's first name (case-insensitive). Separate paragraphs with a blank line. The signature block is added automatically. Click Save to apply changes; Reset only fills in the default text and still requires Save.
